Whether it’s helping clinicians get set up, answering questions, or making sure every user has the best possible experience, Sarah is the calm, friendly voice behind support@cinapsis.org.

💡 A Bit of Background

Before joining Cinapsis, Sarah spent 23 years at BT in a variety of roles, developing deep expertise in customer service, process management and leadership.

So what drew her into the world of health tech and NHS transformation?

“I’m passionate about improving care for patients and supporting the people who deliver it. The idea that technology can make healthcare more connected, equitable and efficient really resonates with me. It’s about more than innovation - it’s about creating systems that truly serve both clinicians and patients.”

No two days look the same for Sarah, and that’s exactly how she likes it.

“Every day feels meaningful because it’s about supporting the people who care for patients, helping clinicians get the most out of our platform, and collaborating internally to continuously improve how we deliver our service. It’s busy, varied, and always driven by the shared goal of making healthcare better.”

If you ever get in touch with the Support Team, it’s probably Sarah you’ll be speaking to. From troubleshooting and training to listening to feedback, she’s there to make sure everything runs smoothly.

“Someone might reach out to me if they need help with anything related to using Cinapsis - whether that’s troubleshooting an issue, understanding how a pathway works, or wanting to share feedback and ideas. I’m always happy to talk things through and find solutions that make life easier.”

🌟 What’s the Most Rewarding Part?

“Customer feedback. I’m really proud of the work I do, and it’s especially rewarding when that effort is recognised. It reminds me why I love being in this role and making a difference.”

When she’s not keeping Cinapsis users supported and smiling, you’ll find Sarah walking her dogs along the coast, probably with a coffee in hand ☕🐾
