This session is brought to you by:
Cinapsis SmartReferrals is a leading NHS clinical communication and referral management platform that gives community and primary care clinicians, paramedics, pharmacists and opticians immediate access to specialist advice to deliver smarter triage, faster decision-making and fewer unnecessary referrals.
Xyla Elective Care specialises in elective care delivery for the NHS and is a national framework approved for insourcing and outsourcing. Their services support the NHS in meeting elective care targets by providing both referral management and clinical capacity solutions across primary and secondary care.
We are collaborating to deliver several new care delivery models that are focused on integrating primary and secondary care where local clinicians are unavailable or there is limited or no local coverage in a specialty.
"Cinapsis is very intuitive and easy to use!”
Dr Chin Whybrew, GP at Stoke Road Surgery
"Cinapsis is really supporting our new pathways, easy to use and benefits patients with faster diagnosis"
Mary Hutton, Accountable Officer, One Gloucestershire ICS
"Cinapsis is increasing the communication between
primary care and secondary care and it's improving
patient care, which is the heart of what existing changes
in technology are trying to achieve."
Dr Nicole Wilson, Churchdown Surgery
“Cinapsis is not only quick, it also sorts out image
compression, GDPR and helps with audit.”
Dr Alan Gwynn, GP Board Member, Gloucestershire CCG
"The NHS is a business in a sense and we all do things
slightly differently so breaking down some of those barriers
between primary and secondary care and being able to
have grown up conversations about the right way
to manage a patient is great."
Rachel Bucknell, Aspen Medical Practice
"Cinapsis enables us to turn Emergency Care into Urgent
Planned Care, setting up the beginning of the
patient journey for a whole range of acute medical conditions
before they even arrive at the hospital."
Emma Wylie, Clinical Lead for Acute Medicine
