        Head of Product Management?

      • About this challenge

We have an innovative solution and are on a mission to change the way healthcare is delivered. We are growing rapidly and are now looking to expand our team.

Today’s clinicians are under enormous pressure, which has been made worse by the pandemic and patients are facing increasingly long wait times, causing distress and impacting their quality of life. We are helping to break this chain, by providing a solution which lets clinicians easily communicate with one another and share information. This might be in order to seek advice and guidance, or to refer a patient to an appropriate service.

As well as helping to support clinicians to be more productive, our solution can help to avoid unnecessarily referring patients and helps to ensure that those patients that do need to be seen can be prioritised as a result. Our customers are passionate about the way Cinapsis helps them improve the care they deliver to patients and we are proud to hear and share their stories.

We currently have a small, but quickly growing team of talented people and are investing in several new roles. The Head of Product Management will deliver end to end lifecycle management for our solution and will help work with the existing team and our customers to ensure our product continually improves to meet the needs of the market, whilst ensuring it remains loved by users.

Cinapsis believe strongly that our success is down to our customers and our team. You’ll be challenged and supported in equal measure. Ours is a culture of integrity and trust and our people are empowered to make decisions that ensure we remain customer focussed and that we continue to grow.

        About this role

You will do this by deeply understanding the market landscape, our competitors, our buyers and our end users and create portfolio propositions that position Cinapsis at the forefront.

You will lead the go to market strategy and will measure your commercial success using metrics that include revenue and user feedback.

You will work closely with our founder and Chief Executive Officer to drive the evolution of Cinapsis and its product lifecycle, developing and managing products and services from market and customer insights to underpin market growth.

You will be a highly driven and an excellent collaborator, with proven experience of working with Development, Sales & Operational teams to ensure that we build exciting market propositions with products that generate new revenue for the company and that our customers value.

You will be empowered to ensure the continued success of our solution and to ensure we achieve our Vision. You’ll create added value by building a network of our customers and will identify and deliver new commercial opportunities.

You’ll need to be prepared to be very hands on, particularly in the early days, helping to support in the implementation of our solutions and engaging directly with customers. As we continue to grow, you will be expected to manage and scale the product team over time.
